About Yogadelics

Yogadelics is a space for exploring non-duality, and how it can be lived in ordinary life.

It grew out of many quiet contemplations, hours on the mat, ocean dives, conversations with teachers and guides, and an ongoing exploration of Vedanta. At the heart of it is a simple question: how do we live fully in the material world while remaining connected to the deeper dimension of our existence?

For seekers, a rich, engaged life can seem at odds with teachings that point toward stillness and transcendence. While the pull toward samadhi is real, there is also something meaningful and purposeful about being here, in this life, in this moment. We're called to fully embody this life and enjoy the passage of time, while maintaining a connection to a transcendent Selfhood that is beyond this world.

Yogadelics sits in that space of tension, contradictions and integration.

Yogadelics is a fusion of the word yoga, meaning union, and the Greek etymology of psyche and deloun. Together they point to the illumination of the soul or mind through a consummate integration of body, mind and consciousness.

Yogadelics encourages an exploratory self-inquiry process to bring us back to our true nature and to deepen our understanding of consciousness and reality.

We are inspired by the school of Advaita Vedanta, the study of non-duality. At its heart is a simple idea: reality is not divided in the way we think it is, and what we are is not separate from the collective consciousness. Everything on this platform comes from that philosophy. The drawings, the writing, the oracle and the AI companion are all reflections from someone who is still very much in the middle of it.

Each path unfolds differently, and yours will become clearer as you begin.

Trust in your timing and pacing. Your own experience will always be the most reliable guide.
